Who is responsible

The controller for your data is Bedosa OÜ, registry code 16460548, Ahtri tn 12, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia. Email: [contact email]. More in the legal notice.

Playing without an account

You can play without signing up. Your settings, kit, personal bests and solo season are kept in your browser's local storage on your device and never sent to us. The game sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) as our processor. It processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. Fonts and program libraries are served from this site, not from third parties.

With an account

Accounts are for players aged 13 and over. Younger players can play without one.

The legal basis is the contract for using the game (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for fair play, our legitimate interest in fair leaderboards (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is stored with Supabase (Supabase, Inc., USA) as our processor, in its EU region in Ireland.

Providers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Supabase are US companies. Where your data can reach them outside the EU, this is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the EU standard contractual clauses in their data processing agreements with us.

No marketing email

We use your email address only to sign you in, confirm it and reset your password. We do not send newsletters or offers by email. If the game shows merchandise, the link opens the shop's own site, which has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. "Delete account" in the game removes your login, username, leaderboard entries, friends and saved seasons straight away. Your results in rooms stay for the other players, without your name. Fair-play records about you are deleted with your account.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing, by writing to [contact email]. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee), or to the data protection authority where you live.
